good news - the Lowrance HDS 3.0 Sofware Update is now available! This update
is recommended for all HDS displays, optimizing functionality and the speed of
the unit.
In
addition you’ll find the Navionics chart capabilities are greatly increased - contour-lines
are much more distinct (darker in colour) and a lot more wrecks are shown. As
for the radar it will now track up to 10 vessels.
This
software MUST be installed to HDS to activate the new BR24 Broadband Radar
features.
This
upgrade can be downloaded free of charge on the net or
if you prefer, it can be ordered ready-loaded
onto a SD-card from Lowrance South Africa.
